Wilson Creative Holdings, LLC (referred to as "we" throughout this policy) operates this website and develops iOS applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our apps and website.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. Depending on the app or service you use, this may include:
We do not collect, store, or sell personally identifiable information beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising networks. We do not sell your data.
Our iOS applications are distributed through Apple's App Store. Any purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's own privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information. Our AI chat feature is powered by Anthropic's Claude API, accessed through a Cloudflare Worker. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
When you use the in-app chat feature (Iris), your messages are transmitted to a secure server to generate responses. Messages are processed by an AI language model (Anthropic) and are not used for advertising. Your conversation is not linked to your identity unless you complete a booking. The text of questions asked may be retained in an internal log — capped to the most recent 500 questions, oldest entries dropped automatically — so we can review common themes and improve Iris's knowledge base. This log is not linked to your name, email, or any other identifying information beyond the question text itself.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. We do not maintain ongoing user databases or tracking systems.
Some of our apps store limited personal information needed to provide the service — for example, the Wayne Wilson Photography booking app stores your name, email, phone number, and shoot address in our booking system (Aryeo) once you complete a booking.
You can request deletion of this data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed:
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that payment records may be retained separately by Stripe or Aryeo as required for financial recordkeeping, independent of this deletion request.
